Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because many of our items are handcrafted, some products may require additional time before shipping. If there will be a delay beyond the standard timeframe, we’ll contact you directly.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship throughout the United States.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss special arrangements.

Handcrafted Items:
Because each item is individually made by hand, there may be slight variations in size, shape, or color. Occasionally, a new batch may need to be produced before your order can be fulfilled.
