Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return authorization and instructions. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to arrange a replacement. In most cases, exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Handcrafted Items:
Because each item is made by hand, small variations in color, texture, or size are normal and part of the authenticity of handcrafted goods. These are not considered defects.
